Welcome to Mt Martha Retirement Village
The privately owned Mt Martha Retirement Village for the +55s has 59 brand new, independent living units. Two and three bedroom units are available. All have over size garages with electric doors operated by remote control and internal access to the unit. There are seven different floor plans.
All units have a call system linked to the existing on-site nursing home to ensure immediate nursing care in case of emergency.
Everyone is welcome to join the registered Social Club, run by the residents. The large Club House offers billiards, indoor and outdoor bowls, library, bar, large screen HD TV with Foxtel and DVD’s as well as a computer, an outdoor bowling green, bbq facilities and pavilions.
An adjoining large community park, managed by the local shire council, is accessible from the Village through a private gate. It has walking tracks, trees and more pavilions and bbq facilities.
The park has a leash free dog run area.
Also adjoining the Village is a professional fitness centre, including a large indoor heated pool. Special programs are run for the elderly designed for the Village residents including water aerobics, pilates, yoga and other health and fitness activities.
